Friendship is one of the most important relationships that you will experience in your life, in most cases our friends will become like our second family and we can always open up to them and talk to them about things especially when we do not have anybody else. Every friendship like any other relationship will have its ups and downs but you must always remember to be truthful to your friends and never talk about them behind their back. In order to have long healthy friendships all you have to do is treat your friends nicely and with the respect that they deserve.

Be positive with them

All you have to do is treat your friends like you will want to be treated. This means that if they ever say something that makes you feel uncomfortable or insecure without laughing it off make sure that when you’ll are alone that you tell your friend how you feel. After that a good friend won’t put you in that uncomfortable situation again. You can buy coffee mug gifts to showthem that you care about them. You can put a picture of you and your friend on it just to show them that you love them and care about them.

If your friend is passionate about what they do and they just got promoted make sure that you acknowledge those types of achievements when they tell you about them. You can get them a present from a souvenir company that your friend likes. These will normally have the logo on the object and experience companies will make awide range of good quality presents.

Make time for them

Don’t always put work and other priorities that you have before them. If you are still in school there will be a time where you and your friends are going to be separated because you’ll will go to different colleges. So make sure that you make most of the time that you have with them. The memories that you make with your friends will last a life time and their will come a day where you and your friends will look back on your childhood and laugh about all the memories that you’ll shared together.

Always be supportive

Don’t be dismissive of the problems that your friends have. If they come to you with a problem it’s only because they trust you and they feel like that you will help them. Make sure that you try and help them the best you can.
