This will decide how big of a scale you are going to make your event happen. Can you be outsourcing logistics? How many tickets do you have to sell? Is the venue too expensive? All this will decide if it will fit your budget only.
If you are organizing an event of huge scale maybe you should outsource a few things as there many specialty worldwide logistics companies that have experience and contacts to get everything done quickly. Imagine when you are organizing a large scale event and you need to work on setting up the event. From stages to trash bins to curtains depending on your event. Food and beverages – you need to see how the food is going to be set up and transported to the event. Is it going be ordered from a hotel or homemade? Transportation to special guests if possible. The safety of the event is also a concern. If this is a public you might want to add some security just in case something goes wrong.
Other special procedures will depend on the event.
